Hi, friend! I’m Alessandra, and to put it simply: I am absolutely obsessed with all things hair.
Originally born and raised in Guatemala, my family and I moved to South Florida in 2001. Watching my parents work tirelessly to build a brand-new life instilled a deep-rooted hustle in me from day one. I poured that exact passion straight into my craft, and I haven't stopped investing in myself since. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve dedicated countless hours, energy, and resources into top-tier education, certifications, and advanced skills because I believe you deserve nothing less than the absolute best.
My Journey to Your Dream Hair
My hair story started a bit differently than most. I was trained at AVEDA Institute of Fort Lauderdale, beginning my career exclusively as a haircutting specialist at an AVEDA salon in South Florida. For the first five years, I mastered the art of structure, precision, and shape.
But I wanted more for my guests. I wanted to create the entire look.
So, I expanded my horizons into the worlds of dimensional color and extensions, spending years honing my craft in high-end commission salons. In 2017, life brought me to Virginia, and by 2020, I took the ultimate leap of faith and launched my own business here in Norfolk. It has been a beautiful whirlwind ever since!
The Custom Experience
Today, my chair is all about the "custom everything." I don't believe in one-size-fits-all beauty. From lived-in, dimensional blonding and luxury extensions to editorial bridal styling and precision cuts, every single service is tailored uniquely to you.
